3. Scope of Services
We provide:
- Wholesale distribution of licensed pharmaceutical products
- Supply to government and private hospitals, clinics, wholesale pharmacies, NGOs, and corporate clients
- Pharmaceutical marketing and product representation
- Capacity building in pharmaceutical logistics
We do not offer medical advice. All products must be used as directed by qualified healthcare professionals.
4. Regulatory Compliance
Our operations comply with:
- Public Health Act, 2012 (Act 851)
- Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843)
- Pharmacy Council and FDA guidelines
- Applicable international pharmaceutical laws
5. Orders & Fulfilment
- Orders must be submitted in writing or through official procurement channels
- Orders are subject to availability, regulatory clearance, and payment terms
- Samospharma Ltd may refuse or cancel orders not compliant with regulatory or contractual conditions
6. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless stated otherwise
- Prices may change based on market and regulatory factors
- Payment terms must be agreed in writing before fulfilment
- Late payment may result in suspension of supply or legal recovery action
7. Product Handling & Liability
- Products must be stored and handled per regulatory requirements
- We are not liable for damages from misuse, improper storage, or regulatory non-compliance
- Liability for defective products is limited to replacement or refund
8. Intellectual Property
Our branding, marketing materials, and proprietary data are protected under copyright and trademark laws. No reproduction or alteration is allowed without written consent.
9. Confidentiality
All proprietary and operational information exchanged with clients is confidential and may not be disclosed without written permission, except as required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

- Disputes to be resolved amicably first, then via arbitration under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798)
