Job Purpose
The National Sales Manager is responsible for developing, leading, and executing the
company’s national sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company sales and profitability goals.
- Forecast sales performance and market demand to guide business planning.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics to refine sales strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate regional/area sales managers and their teams.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular performance reviews.
- Design and implement training programs to strengthen sales competencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Oversee major contract negotiations and high-value client accounts.
- Ensure customer feedback is integrated into sales strategy and product development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field(Master’s degree/MBA preferred)
- 7–10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Must have worked in a high-growth environment as well as a proven track record of achieving national sales targets and managing multi-regional teams.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic planning abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
